New Light

You know how I mentioned we really love just about everything about our home? Well, I forgot to mention the light fixture in the eat-in area of our kitchen. This fixture has been on Ryan’s unofficial update list since we moved in. Not only because he doesn’t like the fixture itself, but also because it is not centered within the room. We’ve never let the light hang down because it isn’t positioned at the center of the table. Not even close. It looked incredibly stupid. About a year ago, we looked around at stores and online but never found anything that fit our style and the look of our home. I was poking around on the web after we committed to giving our kitchen a refresher and found a light that sparked my interest. I saved the example photos from the site on my phone and found myself looking back at them often. We decided to purchase it and have it installed in the proper location within the room. Now, with our countertops, backsplash, French doors and light fixture, our kitchen’s new look is complete!
