I love all things marketing. The design, the words, the objectives — and the results. Although, I am a designer at heart, I can string together a line or two of marketing copy from time to time and develop intricate marketing plans and timelines to guide the way. You’ll never find me far from my camera, either.

Since earning my degree in graphic design and public relations from Iowa State University, I’ve worked in marketing for crop insurance, financing and higher education industries. Over the years, I’ve managed side hustles in both design and photography.

I currently work as a communications and marketing manager for the University of Northern Iowa from my home office in Urbandale. When I’m not at work, you can find me cooking, traveling, running, decorating or enjoying a local IPA.
