Anna : 9 Months

Anna is nine months old! This last month has been a big one for her and us. We moved from Cedar Falls to Urbandale. New house. New daycare. New faces. But, she’s taken it all in stride. She continues to be easy-going and doesn’t let much of anything bother her!

Here’s some fun facts about Anna at this age:

• She has six teeth.

• She likes to say da-da-da.

• She is curious, tracking any movement almost immediately!

• She loves other little kids; she forgets Mom and Dad are around when she is playing with her cousins.

• Books are becoming her new favorite thing.

• She prefers veggies over fruit most days!

• She likes puffs but isn’t on board with “real food” yet

• She is pulling herself up and standing wherever she can!

• She still isn’t sleeping through the night; Between 3AM-6AM is her standard wake-up-and-won’t settle-back-down time.

• She loved her first daycare but is quickly making friends at her new one.

• She crawls … and when she wants to get somewhere quickly, she army crawls; she’s pretty fast!
