Mirror, mirror on the wall...
Since moving into our house, we have had a small list of things we'd like to upgrade. One of those is to replace some – if not all – the mirrors in our bathrooms. The mirrors are simple, contractor-grade mirrors. No details. No personality. No flair. Not only is it an expensive undertaking to replace the mirrors (why are they so overpriced?!), it is also one that brings to light my pickiness. Too small.Too big. Too shiny. Too dull. The list goes on and on. So, when I happened to stumble across a beautiful oval mirror online, I knew I had to have it for our half bath. But just as I'm picky, I'm also cheap. Even though the mirror was reasonably priced, I couldn't bring myself to spend the money, especially with the holidays creeping around the corner. I did, however, include it on my Christmas wish list. And, as she does every year, Mom (and Dad) gave us an assortment of wonderful gifts – including the mirror. Lucky us! We are truly grateful for Mom and Dad's generosity. And so is the bathroom ... it has never looked so good!
Handy-man Ryan hung the mirror (thanks, dear!) prior to me getting a before photo, so there's only after photos below. Ta-da!
